Peter Herweck succeeded Jean-Pascal Tricoire as Chief Executive Officer of Schneider Electric SE becoming responsible for the general management of the Company, as the sole executive corporate officer. Jean-Pascal Tricoire remains Chairman of the Board of Directors.
